近年来,在改革和开放的新形势下,科技期刊作为传播科技信息的载体,如何适应四化建设的需要,提高质量,增强竞争力,遇到了新的问题,面临新的挑战。不少期刊编辑部进行了改革尝试,实践探索,取得了很大成绩。为了总结交流经验,研究学术思想,探讨共同关心的问题,中国金属学会情报学会于1988年10日17至20日在西安市召开了第二届冶金科技期刊编辑学术年会。参加会议的有61个单位,81名代表。情报学会理事长田振海、副理事长崔荫宇出席了会议并讲了话。
In recent years, in the new situation of reform and opening up, sci-tech periodicals, as a carrier of disseminating scientific and technological information, have encountered new challenges and face new challenges as they adapt to the needs of the four modernizations, improve their quality and enhance their competitiveness. Many journals editorial department conducted a reform attempt, practice exploration, and achieved great success. In order to summarize and exchange experiences, study academic thoughts and discuss issues of common concern, the Institute of Chinese Society of Metals and Society held the second academic annual conference of editors of metallurgical science and technology journals in Xi’an from 17 to 20, 1988. There were 61 units and 81 delegates attending the meeting. Tian Zhenhai, chairman of the Intelligence Society, Cuiyin Yu, vice chairman attended the meeting and spoke.
