研制的 10t水轮机导叶轴头控氮低碳马氏体高强高韧不锈钢X3CrNiMo13 4大锻件电渣锭利用率达 85 % ;钢锭化学成分均匀 ,低温韧性优良 ,超声波探伤未发现≥Φ2mm缺陷。
Developed 10t turbine blade guide vane head controlled nitrogen low-carbon martensite high strength and high toughness stainless steel X3CrNiMo13 4 large forging electroslag ingot utilization rate of 85%; ingot chemical composition uniform, excellent low temperature toughness, ultrasonic flaw detection found no ≥ Φ2mm defects.
