中医医院的财务管理目标是实现医院价值最大化,这就要求医院必须建立健全财务管理体系,充分发挥财务管理在监督、检查和分析医院经济活动中的重要作用,为医院经济决策提供有力依据。本文对医院财务管理面临的问题及对策进行分析,期望对提高中医医院财务管理水平、实现医院可持续发展有所帮助。
The goal of financial management in TCM hospitals is to maximize the hospital value, which requires that hospitals must establish and improve the financial management system and give full play to the important role of financial management in supervising, examining and analyzing the economic activities of the hospital so as to provide a powerful basis for the hospital’s economic decision-making. This article analyzes the problems and countermeasures that the hospital faces in the financial management, and hopes to improve the level of the financial management of the hospital and help to achieve the sustainable development of the hospital.
