在正常范围内 ,国债虚拟资本与现实资本通过国家信用关系、强制分配关系和市场供求传递关系进行良性互动。为了促进我国国债与现实资本的良性互动 ,需要 :(1)健全国债资金使用监督机制 ,强化国债的国家信用关系 ;(2 )增加国债规模和品种 ,扩大国债的强制分配关系 ;(3)完善国债公开操作市场及相关市场 ,理顺国债的市场供求传递关系。
Within the normal range, the virtual capital of government bonds and real capital through the national credit relations, mandatory distribution relations and the market supply and demand of the relationship between the positive interaction.
