目的 :为研究牙尖斜度对上颌全口义齿基托应力分布状况的影响提供基础条件。方法 :采用三坐标测量机和计算机辅助设计建立计及牙尖斜度的三维有限元模型 ;依据理论力学原理确定加载方式。结果 :建立了更接近临床实际情况、有牙尖斜度的三维有限元模型 ,确定了不同牙尖斜面外载荷的加载方向 ,并根据推导公式计算出不同加载情况下应加力的大小。结论 :该模型可用于上颌全口义齿应力分布研究。
Objective: To provide basic conditions for studying the influence of cusp inclination on stress distribution of maxillary complete denture base. Methods: The three-dimensional finite element model with cusp inclination was established by CMM and CAD. The loading method was determined according to the theory of mechanics. Results: A three-dimensional finite element model with a cusp inclination closer to the clinical situation was established. The loading direction of different cusp slopes was determined and the force should be calculated according to the derivation formula. Conclusion: This model can be used to study the stress distribution of maxillary complete dentures.
