甜菜品种资源褐斑病的抗病性鉴定

抗病性是决定品种适应范围的一个重要因素,因而了解品种资源的抗病性对于培育具有广泛适应性的品种是极为重要的。1973~1980年,我们在内蒙古狼山甜菜试验站对114个国内外品种进行田间抗病性的观察、鉴定(其中102个品种有三年以上的观察、鉴定记载资料)。本文仅就1973、1974、1979年的研究数据(表1),通过方差分析比较品种间对褐斑病田间差异显著程度,并从中选取45个代表不同抗病类型的品种,分别测定叶片气孔数量、气孔大小、病斑坏死面积、扩展圈面积、孢子堆大小、病菌分生孢子在甜菜叶片汁液中萌发 Disease resistance is an important factor that determines the range of adaptation of the cultivars.
