目的分析安徽省各级疾病预防控制中心人力资源现状,为今后制定科学的人力资源规划提供依据。方法通过“全国疾病预防控制基本信息系统”收集省、市、县(区)疾病预防控制中心的人员数、年龄、工作年限、学历、职称、从事的专业等数据,用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果安徽省疾控制中心人员队伍在数量、学历、职称等方面存在一定的差距。结论各级政府应从战略高度做好当地疾病预防控制中心的人力资源规划,加快引进人才的步伐。
Objective To analyze the current situation of human resources in all kinds of centers for disease prevention and control in Anhui Province and provide the basis for making scientific human resource plans in the future. Methods The data of the number, age, working experience, academic record, job title and specialty of CDC in provincial, municipal and county (district) CDCs were collected through the “National Basic Information System for Disease Control and Prevention” analysis. Results Anhui Province Disease Control Center staff in the number, education, job title and so there is a certain gap. Conclusion Governments at all levels should do a good job in the human resources planning of the local CDC from a strategic height and speed up the introduction of qualified personnel.
