《义务教育语文课程标准》明确指出:“口语交际能力是现代公民必备的能力。教师应培养学生倾听、表达和应对的能力,使学生具有文明和谐地进行人际交流的素养。”所谓“一诺值千金”“一人之辩重于九鼎之宝,三寸之舌胜于百万之师”就形象地说明了这一点。现代社会的发展对口语交际提出了更高的要求,人们只有具备较强的口语交际能力,才能适应时代发展的需要。
