目的分析某化工企业新建扩链剂和可湿粉生产线生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用工程分析、现场调查的方法识别新建扩链剂及可湿粉生产线存在的职业病危害因素种类,并通过职业卫生检测方法进行定性、定量分析。结果该生产线存在白炭黑粉尘、氢氧化钠、氯化氢、硫酸、二甲苯、甲醛、二氧化硫、噪声等职业病危害因素。职业病危害关键控制点是氯化反应釜与废气管道连接处、可湿粉原材料填料处等。结论针对关键控制点存在的职业病危害因素,提出根本性的防护措施,可使企业职业病危害因素的浓(强)度控制在国家相关标准限值以下。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazards and hazards in the production of new chain extenders and wettable powder production lines in a chemical enterprise and determine the key control points of occupational hazards. Methods Engineering analysis and field investigation were used to identify the types of occupational hazards that existed in the new chain extenders and wettable powder production lines and qualitative and quantitative analysis were conducted by occupational health testing methods. Results The production line has occupational hazards such as silica dust, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen chloride, sulfuric acid, xylene, formaldehyde, sulfur dioxide and noise. Occupational hazards critical control point is the chlorination reactor and exhaust pipe connections, wettable powder packing material and so on. Conclusions Aiming at the occupational hazards in key control points, we put forward some basic protection measures that can control the concentration (strong) degree of occupational hazards of enterprises below the national standard limit.
