作者采用频率2450MHz、功率密度30mW/cm~2的微波,辐照大白兔头部,每天4小时共30天。在裂隙灯显微镜下检查大白兔晶状体,未发现有新的混浊产生,但光镜和电镜观察则已出现病理改变。
The author uses the frequency of 2450MHz, power density 30mW / cm ~ 2 of the microwave, irradiated rabbit head, 4 hours a day for a total of 30 days. Under the slit lamp microscope examination of the white rabbit lens, no new turbidity was found, but light and electron microscopy have been pathological changes.
