应变和应变率不易受周围心肌的牵拉和心脏整体运动影响 ,是评价局部心肌功能的新的量化指标。本文对于正常心脏的SRI表现和局部心肌缺血的特征 ;SRI定量评价缺血心肌局部收缩和舒张功能的可靠性 ;以及SRI结合多巴酚丁胺负荷试验鉴别心肌不同存活状态等方面的问题进行综述 ,回顾了应变率成像技术诊断心肌缺血的研究进展 ,表明应变率成像技术是检测局部心肌形变特征的可靠方法 ,将具有广阔的应用前景
Strain and strain rate are not easily affected by the surrounding cardiac muscle pull and the overall movement of the heart, is to evaluate the new quantitative indicators of myocardial function. In this paper, SRI performance of normal heart and local myocardial ischemia characteristics; SRI quantitative assessment of ischemic myocardium local systolic and diastolic function reliability; and SRI combined with dobutamine stress test to identify different aspects of cardiac survival issues In this review, we review the research progress of strain rate imaging in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia, and show that strain rate imaging is a reliable method to detect the characteristics of local myocardial deformation and will have broad application prospects
