在国家面临转型升级的大背景下,纺织服装业的高碳发展模式显然已经不再适应。首先,界定了我国纺织服装业在全球价值链中的位置;其次,概述了中国纺织服装业的发展状况,并分析了其碳排放特征;最后提出了纺织服装业低碳化发展的三条路径:1)优化纺织业工艺流程,降低能源消耗;2)转型升级,创造更高的附加值;3)技术创新,提高能源的使用效率。
Under the backdrop of the transformation and upgrading of the country, the high-carbon development model of the textile and apparel industry is obviously no longer suitable. First of all, it defines the location of China’s textile and apparel industry in the global value chain. Secondly, it outlines the development of China’s textile and garment industry and analyzes the characteristics of its carbon emissions. Finally, it proposes three paths for the development of low-carbon textile and garment industry: 1 ) Optimize the textile industry process, reduce energy consumption; 2) upgrade and create higher added value; 3) technological innovation to improve the efficiency of energy use.
