吉林工区地处东北腹地,冬季修井车启动困难,传统多采用火烤油底壳、气路或向发动机喷启动液的方法解决启动困难及气路冰堵的问题,以上方法容易造成启动机打齿、烧毁和车辆伤害。本文作者主要阐述利用发动机加热提高启动速效和甲醇除冰原理,解决冬季因温度太低造成的修井车启动困难及气路冰堵问题的可行性与实际应用。
