In this paper, from 1985 to 1997, the Association for Science and Technology of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Ministry of Transport made a brief introduction on the achievements made in “Demonstrating Ideal and Making Contributions”, Rationalization Suggestions, and Scientific Papers.
