目的研究中西药物保留灌肠联合针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的护理效果。方法 50例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为临床组和对照组,各25例。临床组给予中西药物保留灌肠联合针灸治疗及转向护理,对照组给予传统治疗及常规护理方法。比较两组临床疗效。结果临床组总有效率为92%,高于对照组的68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药物保留灌肠联合针灸治疗及转向护理对溃疡性结肠炎疾病患者进行护理的效果比运用常规护理方式效果好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the nursing effect of Chinese and Western medicine retention enema combined with acupuncture on ulcerative colitis. Methods Fifty patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into clinical group and control group, with 25 cases each. The clinical group was given Chinese and Western medicine retention enema combined with acupuncture treatment and steering nursing, and the control group was given traditional treatment and routine nursing methods. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the clinical group was 92%, which was higher than that in the control group (68%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine retention enema combined with acupuncture treatment and steering nursing care of patients with ulcerative colitis disease effect than the use of conventional care is effective and worthy of clinical application.
