目的:通过调查基层医疗卫生人员的学历状况和对学历教育的需求,探讨在新医改的背景下提高其学历的有效途径,为相关部门制定政策提供依据。方法:抽样调查山西省6个县级医院、12个乡镇卫生院和72个村卫生室的全部卫生专业人员,共发放调查问卷1 600份,回收1 588份,有效问卷1 541份,有效回收率为96.3%。结果:县、乡、村医疗卫生人员的学历结构不同(χ2=522.198,P=0.000),县级医院68.2%为本科及以上,乡镇卫生院22.6%人员具有本科及以上学历,村医中仅有4.1%具有本科及以上学历;调查对象中有87.1%的人员有进一步提升学历的需求。讨论:基层医疗卫生人员的学历有待提高,可通过高校优质资源下沉、远程网络继续教育、改革成人高考入学门槛等途径帮助其学历提高。
Objective: To investigate the educational level of primary medical and health personnel and the demand for academic education to explore effective ways to improve their academic qualifications in the context of new medical reform, and provide evidence for the relevant departments to formulate policies. Methods: A total of 1,600 questionnaires were collected by the sample survey of all health professionals in 6 county-level hospitals, 12 township hospitals and 72 village clinics in Shanxi Province. A total of 1 600 questionnaires were sent out, 1 588 questionnaires were collected and 1 541 valid questionnaires were effectively collected The rate is 96.3%. Results: The educational structure of medical staff in counties, townships and villages was different (χ2 = 522.198, P = 0.000). 68.2% of the county-level hospitals were undergraduates and above. 22.6% of the township hospitals had bachelor’s degree or above, 4.1% of them have a bachelor’s degree or above; 87.1% of the respondents have the requirement to further their academic records. Discussion: Qualifications of primary medical and health personnel need to be improved, which can be improved through colleges and universities sinking quality resources, continuing education through remote networks and reforming entrance barriers for adult entrance examinations.
