目的探讨CT导引下经皮穿刺肺活检对肺部周围型肿块的临床应用价值及其并发症的预防。方法回顾性分析我院55例CT导引下经皮穿刺肺活检病例的相关资料。结果55例中50例有阳性结果,并经手术或临床随访证实,活检阳性率达90.91%,余5例未能取出病变组织。并发症:术后胸部胀痛不适2例,少量咯血3例,气胸2例,出现晕厥和血压轻度下降1例。结论CT导引下经皮穿刺肺活检具有定位准确、穿刺成功率高和并发症少的优点,对肺部周围型病变具有重要的临床诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the treatment of peripheral pulmonary masses and the prevention of its complications. Methods Retrospective analysis of 55 cases of CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy cases related information. Results Of 55 cases, 50 cases had positive results, and confirmed by surgery or clinical follow-up. The positive rate of biopsy was 90.91%. The remaining 5 cases failed to remove the diseased tissue. Complications: chest pain and discomfort in 2 cases, a small amount of hemoptysis in 3 cases, 2 cases of pneumothorax, syncope and slight decrease in blood pressure in 1 case. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy has the advantages of accurate positioning, high puncture success rate and fewer complications, and has important clinical diagnostic value for peripheral pulmonary lesions.
