针对轨道交通建设工程招标管理现状,系统阐述了招标规范化管理的重要意义,并结合工作实际介绍了规范化招标管理的实践运用及效应,同时就进一步规范招标管理提出了若干应注意的问题和建议。
In view of the status quo of bidding management of rail transit construction project, the importance of standardized bidding management is elaborated systematically. The actual application and effect of standard bidding management are introduced in combination with the actual work. At the same time, a number of problems and suggestions that should be noticed are put forward to further standardize bidding management.
