目的了解杭州市某区星级宾馆集中空调通风系统污染状况,为卫生管理提供科学依据。方法采用现场采样和检测方法,于2008-2011年每年夏秋季对某区三至五星级宾馆集中空调通风系统进行卫生学调查。结果该区星级宾馆房间室内空气中细菌总数平均超标率为5.6%,二氧化碳平均超标率到50.8%;集中空调送风中细菌总数平均超标率达到58.5%,真菌总数超标率也达到27.7%。该区星级宾馆集中空调系统冷却水和冷凝水中嗜肺军团杆菌平均检出率分别为42.2%和26.7%。结论该区星级宾馆空调通风系统卫生质量重要指标合格率偏低,嗜肺军团杆菌检出率较高,存在传播感染的风险。
Objective To understand the pollution condition of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system of a star hotel in a district of Hangzhou and to provide a scientific basis for health management. Methods On-the-spot sampling and testing methods were used to conduct hygiene investigation on the centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems of three-to-five-star hotels in a district during the summer and autumn of 2008-2011. Results The average indoor bacteria exceeded the standard of 5.6% and the average carbon dioxide exceeded the standard to 50.8%. The average over-standard rate of bacteria in centralized air-conditioning system reached 58.5% and the total rate of fungi exceeded 27.7%. The average detection rates of Legionella pneumophila in the cooling water and condensate of the centralized air-conditioning system of the star-rated hotels in this district were 42.2% and 26.7% respectively. Conclusion The qualified rate of important indicators of hygienic quality of air-conditioning and ventilation systems in this area is low, and the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila is high, so there is a risk of transmission infection.
