目的了解正常人肠道肠球菌生物膜形成情况,探讨肠球菌esp基因与生物膜形成的关系。方法用PCR法检测肠球菌esp基因,用96孔聚苯乙烯板进行生物膜形成试验。结果 84株正常人肠道肠球菌esp基因的检出率为14.3%,生物膜形成阳性率为25.0%,其中esp基因阳性株的生物膜形成率为83.3%,esp基因阴性株的生物膜形成率仅为15.3%。结论正常人肠道肠球菌形成生物膜的能力较弱,esp基因是肠球菌形成生物膜的重要因素,生物膜的形成不局限于esp阳性菌株。
Objective To understand the formation of enterococcus intestinal biofilm in normal subjects and to explore the relationship between the esp gene of enterococci and biofilm formation. Methods The Enterococcus esp gene was detected by PCR and the biofilm formation assay was performed on a 96-well polystyrene plate. Results The positive rate of esp gene of enterococcal enterococci in 84 normal individuals was 14.3%, the positive rate of biofilm formation was 25.0%, the biofilm formation rate of esp gene positive strains was 83.3%, and the esp gene negative strains were biofilm formation The rate is only 15.3%. CONCLUSION: The ability of enterococci enterococci to form biofilms is weak. Esp gene is an important factor for the formation of biofilms in enterococci. The biofilm formation is not restricted to esp-positive strains.
