一、小模數齒輪的公差 (1)圓柱齒輪傳動各項要素的公差 齒輪的質量决定於其各項要素加工完成的精度,而整个齒輪傳動的質量尚决定於其裝配的精度。因此为了達到所要求的齒輪傳動的精度,必須限制其傳動系統中各項要素名义值在製造和装配上的偏差。规定齒輪和传动系統各項要素的公差,其目的是: a)保持傳動的速比不变,使其对传动數值具有最小的誤差。 b)保証沿全齒长的接觸。为了將負荷沿接觸線由一个齒輪傳遞到另一个齒輪,应充分利用齒輪的全部寬度。 b)使有適当的間隙,以避免在傳動中發生齒的楔住或过份大的間隙。 1643 46中对動力傳動模數为1~20公厘的圓柱齒轮的公差作了規定。对讀數用的模數为0.3~1公厘的圓柱齒輪傳動,尚未有全苏标準。对讀數用的傳動,要求在有最小齒隙時其傳動
