本文采用差速离心法分离提纯葱病毒并对其特性进行研究.病毒粒子为弯线性,平均长度728um,直径约15nm,紫外吸收曲线最高峰在256~260nm之间,最低峰为238nm,分子量为27000道尔顿。光学显微镜下可观察到病叶表皮细胞中的不规则内含物,超薄切片电镜观察,可见病毒风轮状、束状内含体。该病毒引起叶绿体、核膜损伤和解体,其寄主范围较窄。
In this paper, differential centrifugation was used to isolate and purify onion and to study its characteristics. The virus particles are curved linear with an average length of 728um and a diameter of about 15nm. The highest peak of ultraviolet absorption curve is between 256 and 260nm, the lowest peak is 238nm and the molecular weight is 27000 Daltons. Irregular inclusions in the diseased leaf epidermal cells were observed under an optical microscope. Electron microscopy of the ultrathin sections showed that the virus was in the form of a wind-like, bundled inclusion. The virus causes chloroplast, nuclear membrane damage and disintegration, its host range is narrow.
