企业社会责任是包括股东和其他利益相关者在内的各相关方利益的统一,是在较长时间内的企业价值最大化,是提升企业长期竞争力的一种途径。企业社会责任与企业竞争力之间是一种投入—产出关系,企业社会责任有助于提高企业的竞争力。我国企业社会责任还处于起步阶段,有必要从政府、企业和公众各方面入手,加强对企业社会责任的认识,促进企业社会责任,最终达到提升企业竞争力的目的。
Corporate social responsibility is the unification of the interests of all stakeholders, including shareholders and other stakeholders. It is the maximization of corporate value over a long period of time and is a way to enhance the long-term competitiveness of enterprises. Corporate social responsibility and competitiveness of enterprises is an input-output relationship, corporate social responsibility helps to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Our corporate social responsibility is still in its infancy. It is necessary to start from all aspects of government, enterprises and the public, strengthen our understanding of corporate social responsibility, promote corporate social responsibility, and finally achieve the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
