运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对辽宁省乒乓球后备人才培养中的管理体制、教练员特征、培养模式、训练方法等问题进行研究分析,结果表明:后备人才管理体制明显滞后、教练员文化素养普遍偏低、培养模式比较单一、训练方法有待提高。建议:加大管理体制改革步伐,重视四级管理网络;提高基层教练员训练理论水平,完善三级训练网络;探索竞教结合的培养模式,提高科学选材能力;增加科学训练方法。
This paper analyzes and discusses the management system, trainer characteristics, training mode, training methods and other issues in the training of Liaoning province ping-pong reserve personnel by using the methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The results show that reserve personnel management The system is obviously lagging behind. The coaches’ cultural literacy is generally low, the training mode is relatively simple, and the training methods need to be improved. Suggestions: increase the pace of management system reform, pay attention to the four management networks; improve the level of training theory of grassroots coaches, improve the three training network; explore competitive combination training mode to improve the scientific selection ability; increase scientific training methods.
