生物技术是国家确定的重点高技术领域之一。生物化工是生物技术的重要方面,也是化学工业的重要组成部分。近年来,生物技术在化工行业发展中发挥了重要作用,显示了其非凡的活力。为了加快我国生物化工产业化步伐,促进我国生物化工领域的快速发展,尽快地将生物化工行业组织起来,积极地开展行业活动,促进生物化工行业发展,经过几个月的筹备,中国精细化工协会生物化工行业委员会将于2003年4月22～23日在上海召开成立大会,同期举办第二届全国生物化工技术与产业发展研讨会。会议安排如下:
Biotechnology is one of the key high-tech areas identified by the state. Biochemical industry is an important aspect of biotechnology, but also an important part of the chemical industry. In recent years, biotechnology has played an important role in the development of the chemical industry, showing its extraordinary vitality. In order to speed up the pace of China’s bio-chemical industrialization and promote the rapid development of bio-chemical industry in our country, organize biochemical industry as soon as possible, actively carry out industrial activities and promote the development of bio-chemical industry. After several months of preparation, China Fine Chemical Industry Association Biochemical Industry Committee will be April 22-23, 2003 in Shanghai to set up the General Assembly held over the same period the second national biochemical technology and industrial development seminar.
