我院在加强内涵建设上 ,采取了加强以设备为重点的硬件建设 ;加强以质量为核心的软件建设 ;加强以减员增效为主的内部挖潜工作。较好地实现了软、硬件建设相互促进的良性循环 ,取得了明显的成效。
In strengthening the connotation construction, our institute has adopted hardware construction with emphasis on equipment; strengthened quality-centered software construction; and strengthened internal tapping work focusing on reduction of staff and efficiency. A virtuous circle of mutual promotion of software and hardware construction has been well achieved, and remarkable results have been achieved.
