目的探讨中药改良益气化痰方主要药理作用。方法对实验小鼠进行耐高温、耐低张缺氧实验观察,观察其对小鼠的抗疲劳及生存能力的作用。采用氨水致小鼠咳嗽方法,观察其对小鼠的镇咳作用。对小鼠尾静脉注入伊文思蓝,观察其对小鼠的化痰效果。结果改良益气化痰方对小鼠在高温、低氧等应激耐受性的效果显著(P(0.05),并可延长小鼠在高温、缺氧情况下的生存时间(P<0.05);改良益气化痰方能延长因氨水导致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期,并减少小鼠的咳嗽次数(P<0.05);改良益气化痰方对小鼠毛细血管通透性呈现负值,表明改良益气化痰方的化痰效果良好(P<0.05)。结论改良益气化痰方具有明显的抗疲劳、增强机体抵抗力作用,提高应激能力以及耐缺氧能力,同时还具有镇咳化痰作用,因此适用于慢性呼吸道炎症的治疗。
Objective To explore the main pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine in improving Qi-invigorating and phlegm-resolving power. Methods Experimental mice were subjected to high temperature and hypoxia tolerance hypoxia experiments to observe their anti-fatigue and viability of mice. Ammonia induced cough in mice was used to observe its antitussive effect on mice. Evans blue was injected into the caudal vein of mice to observe its phlegm-reducing effect on mice. Results Modified Yiqi Huatan Fang had significant effects on stress tolerance in mice at high temperature and hypoxia (P <0.05), and prolonged the survival time of mice under high temperature and hypoxia (P <0.05) ; Improving Yiqi Huatan can prolong the latent period of cough caused by ammonia in mice and reduce the number of coughs in mice (P <0.05); the modified Yiqi Huatan Fang has a negative value of capillary permeability in mice, indicating (P0.05) .Conclusion Improved Yiqi Huatan prescription has obvious anti-fatigue, enhance the body’s resistance, improve the ability of stress and hypoxia tolerance, but also has the town Cough and phlegm, therefore, apply to the treatment of chronic respiratory inflammation.
