目的研究低压环境中蔬菜作物的生长发育特性,为受控生态生保系统提供高等植物栽培技术。方法通过设置对照,采用对比方法研究不同压力对油麦菜生长和生理特性的影响。结果与常压(101.0 kPa)相比,总压40.0 kPa和氧分压8.4 kPa下油麦菜种子发芽率减少7.62%;生长基本正常,但生育期延迟,同期收获时生物量降低13.67%,总糖含量有所降低;前期平均光合速率和蒸腾速率低于常压条件,但后期光合速率和蒸腾速率有所增加;乙烯释放量减少38.79%,株高降低11.68%,叶面积、根系所占比例及根系活力分别增加15.43%、2.57%和40.53%。结论总压40.0 kPa和氧分压8.4 kPa对油麦菜种子发芽和生长有一定影响,应采取相应措施来调节其生长发育。
Objective To study the growth and development characteristics of vegetable crops in low-pressure environment and to provide advanced plant cultivation techniques for the controlled ecological life-preserving system. Methods By contrasting the effects of different pressures on the growth and physiological characteristics of lettuce, a comparative study was conducted. Results Compared with normal pressure (101.0 kPa), the germination rate of L. oleracea decreased by 7.62% under the total pressure of 40.0 kPa and the oxygen partial pressure of 8.4 kPa. The growth was basically normal, but the growth period was delayed. The biomass decreased by 13.67% The content of sugar reduced slightly; the average photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate in the early stage were lower than those under atmospheric pressure, but the late photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate increased; the ethylene emission decreased 38.79% and the plant height decreased 11.68% And root activity increased by 15.43%, 2.57% and 40.53% respectively. Conclusion The total pressure of 40.0 kPa and the partial pressure of oxygen of 8.4 kPa exert some influence on the germination and growth of the seeds of L. oleracea. Corresponding measures should be taken to regulate its growth and development.
