中国工商银行湖北省分行营业部工会女职工委员会:该营业部有女职工2740人,占全部职工的53%。近年来,营业部工会女职工委员会围绕全行工作中心,以增强女职工超常规发展观念、市场竞争观念、质量效益观念、改革创新观念、依法合规观念、实干兴行观念为突破口.以提高女职工队伍素质为主线.以维护女职工合法权益为重点,卓有成效地开展工作。1988—2001年,该行多次获全国和省市金融工会女职工先进集体。
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China branch in Hubei Province trade union female workers Committee: The sales department has 2740 women workers, accounting for 53% of all workers. In recent years, the trade union female staff committee revolves around the work center of the whole bank in order to enhance the concept of unconventional development of female staff, the concept of market competition, the concept of quality and benefit, the concept of reform and innovation, the concept of compliance with laws and regulations, and the concept of hard work and improvement. The quality of the female staff and workers is the main line, with a focus on safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of female staff and workers and carrying out their work effectively. From 1988 to 2001, the bank repeatedly won the advanced collectives of female workers in the financial union of the country, the province and the municipality.
