杭州行知中学通过对学校氛围的营造等措施内化教育理念,同时将多年的课改经验梳理、设计,形成结构助学、学案助学等两种课堂助学方法供教师自由选择、搭配。从成效来看,课堂助学这一教改活动在该校形成的效果毫无疑问是成果喜人的,教师们不仅在原有的课堂助学的方法上增添、延伸出新的助学方法,而且“交互式白板助学”“合作助学”等助学方法皆产生于课堂,发源于师生共习的学习生活之中。
Hangzhou Xingzhi High School internalizes the concept of education through measures such as the creation of a school atmosphere. At the same time, it has designed and formed two types of classroom aided learning methods such as structure aided study and case study aided by teachers for their free choice and collocation . From the point of view of effectiveness, there is no doubt that the effect of classroom reform in this school reform is a gratifying achievement. Teachers not only added new ways of aiding students in the classroom but also extended their methods of helping students. “Interactive Whiteboard School ” “cooperative school ” and other student methods are generated in the classroom, originated in the learning life of students and teachers.
