I. Brilliant history Deyang City Jingjing Food Co., Ltd. (former Sijing Food Factory) is the second-level accounting unit opened by Deyang City Cereals, Oils, and Foodstuffs Supply Company in 1985. After the 1990s, the company paid close attention to technological development and technological advancement and changed its marketing strategy. Its annual sales revenue was about 3 million yuan, and it increased year by year. It realized 45 million yuan in 1995; from 1990 to 1998, it paid taxes to the state.
