我省地处祖国北方,早春受内蒙古高压气流影响,寒潮频繁,作物寒害间或发生。近年来,由于一年两熟面积逐渐扩大,作物生育季节提前,预防寒害便成为当前生产上突出的问题;同时又由于大部分地区,春风大,空气干燥,春旱比较普遍,严重影响作物播种保苗。为了解决这些现实问题,沈阳市苏家屯区八一公社实验站、沈阳市苏家屯区前膜大队、沈阳市园林科研所等单位开展了“土面增温剂”的试验,取得了良好效果。本刊现介绍河南省拓城县“土面增温剂”的推广利用材料,期望能引起有关部门重视和帮助战斗在农业生产第一线的广大贫下中农、革命干部、革命科技人员开展这方面的科学实验,使“土面增温剂”能为打胜我省农业翻身仗服务。我省油脂加工下脚料、亚硫酸法造纸废浆液和各种榨油物残渣,利用潜力很大,尤其有丰富的石油和沥青资源,制造“土面增温剂”原料丰富,这是推广利用“土面增温剂”的一个有利条件。
