(International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry,IUPAC)”是化学界中最负盛名的国际性组织。
The “Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC)”, known as “UN” in chemistry, is the most prestigious international organization in chemistry. Founded in Paris in 1919, IUPAC was founded in 1911 as the “International Association of Chemistry Societies” in London. In 1930, the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry was reduced to “International Union of Chemistry.” In 1951 and restored its original name. At present, there are 44 IUPAC members (National Adhering Organization referred to as NAO), 8 participating countries and regions as observers, 29 affiliated organizations
