A Basic Information In order to meet the needs of people’s education in Northeast China, our school started preparations for correspondence education in January 1953 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The purpose is to enable a large number of middle school teachers and teachers who are not qualified for normal education and are in urgent need of improvement, and who are able to learn systematically from their jobs so as to enhance their professional knowledge and the quality of education.
