为了掌握津研2号等黄瓜品种的生长发育规律和开花结果习性,以便为栽培管理提供依据,进行了下述试验。一、材料和方法本观察于1982年在苏州农校实验场进行,供试品种为西农58号、宁阳大刺、长春密刺、津研2号。2月25日催芽后冷床播种,3月15日移进营养钵,4月15日定植露地。每小区面积1.35×34.6米,两行区,顺序排列。田间管理同大田。定点观察,每个品种取样10株,隔2天记载一次。
