《水利与电力》半月刊是水利电力部的机关刊物。它的主要任务是:高举毛泽东思想红旗,遵循党的社会主义建设总路线,宣传和贯彻党关于水利电力生产建设的方针、政策,传达部的重要指示,交流各项工作经验和工作方法,介绍生产建设成就,探讨重大问题,反映工作动态,普及一般业务技术知识,以及表彰社会主义教育运动中涌现的新人新事、新的思想风尚等。《水利与电力》是综合性的刊物,主要读者对象是:全国水利电力部门的职工、技术人员和各级干部;同时适当照顾水利水电系统生产班(组)长、工人和水库、闸坝、堤防工人以及灌区看水员的需要。
The monthly “Water Conservancy and Electricity” is an organ publication of the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power.
