作为小学教育工作者,我们的责任是不断丰富学校的内涵,不断提升学校的品质,为学生、家长、社会提供优质的教育服务。小学教育应该让孩子们喜欢学习,愉快地学习,扎实地为孩子的终身学习奠基;小学教育应该注重培养孩子健全的人格,健康的心理,使他们今后无论做什么,都能正直地面对,自信地进取,努力实现自己的人生价值。人生是有限的,而教育事业是常青的;因此我的追求没有止境,吾将上下而求索。因为我笃信:教育是事业,事业的意义在于献身;教育是科学,科学的价值在于求真;教育是艺术,艺术的生命在于创新。
As primary education workers, our responsibility is to constantly enrich the connotation of schools and continuously improve the quality of schools so as to provide quality educational services to students, parents and the community. Primary education should make children like to study, learn happily and solidly lay the foundation for children's lifelong learning. Primary education should focus on cultivating children's healthy personality and healthy psychology so that they will face themselves upright regardless of what they do in the future, Confidently enterprising, and strive to achieve their own life value. Life is limited, and education is evergreen; therefore, my pursuit is endless, and I will search for it from top to bottom. Because I am convinced that education is a cause and that its cause is devotion to life. Education is science. The value of science lies in seeking truth. Education is art. Art is the life of innovation.
