病历摘要男,28岁,住院号52667。于1978年4月30日入院,1978年5月6日死亡。本年2月始头痛,乏力,不伴发热及呕吐,服止痛片可缓解。二个月来因头晕、乏力而不能坚持劳动。一个月来头痛明显,有时腰痛发热。4月24日突然意识不清,语无伦次,体温38.5℃。翌日发现右上肢瘫,经当地医院给予青、链霉素及四环素等治疗,两天后神志转清,肢体恢复如常。4月27日又突然昏迷,烦躁不安,小便失禁,片刻后清醒。4月28及29两日尤如常人。4月30日再次昏迷而来我院。病来一直无呕吐,否认结核病、外伤及化脓性疾病史。
