高血压脑出血术后再出血是严重影响患者预后的并发症之一。作者回顾性地分析了自1988年以来经手术治疗的110例高血压脑出血,其中发生再出血者10例。本文对可能导致术后再出血的危险因素进行探讨,并就预防再出血和术后观察注意事项进行讨论。
Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage postoperative bleeding is one of the complications that seriously affect the prognosis of patients. The authors retrospectively analyzed 110 hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgically treated since 1988, of whom 10 had rebleeding. This article explores the risk factors that may lead to postoperative hemorrhage and discusses the precautions to prevent rebleeding and postoperative observation.
