应用30例成人上肢标本,对手背尺侧皮瓣的动脉、静脉及神经进行了研究。主要结果:①手背尺侧皮瓣的动脉主要来源于尺动脉腕背支(93.33%),骨间前动脉腕背支(3.33%)及其他动脉等。这些动脉的分支互相吻合成网,分布于整个皮瓣。尺动脉腕背支、骨间前动脉腕背支起端外径分别为1.39mm和1.25mm。②手背尺侧皮瓣的静脉,主要是贵要静脉及其属支。贵要静脉在尺骨茎突高度的外径为2.14mm。③手背尺侧皮瓣的神经是尺神经的手背支,其起端外径为2.07mm。
Thirty adult adult upper extremity specimens were used to study the arteries, veins and nerves of the dorsal ulnar flap. Main results: (1) The arteries of the dorsal ulnar flap originate from the dorsal branch of the ulnar artery (93.33%), the dorsal branch of anterior interosseous artery (3.33%) and other arteries. The branches of these arteries mesh with each other and spread over the entire flap. The dorsal branch of the ulnar artery and the anterior end of the anterior interosseous artery were 1.39 mm and 1.25 mm, respectively. ② hand back ulnar flap vein, mainly expensive vein and its branches. Expensive diameter of the ulnar styloid process the outer diameter of 2.14mm. ③ hand back ulnar flap nerve is the dorsal ulnar nerve branch, its starting diameter of 2.07mm.
