通过对传统机车和高速机车受力状态及力流分布的比较分析,从结构强度和刚度出发,在满足高速机车运行和功能要求的条件下,借助于承载梁的合理布置以及梁截面型式和尺寸的适当选择,充分发挥了各个梁件在车体结构中的作用,并大大提高了车体的整体刚度,从而使车体重量等到了大幅度降低。高速机车车体每延米重量约为0.5吨,比传统设计减轻了50%还多。
