此案例深刻反映了近几年来物流公司的窘境:服务同质化严重,成本上升幅度大而收入不升反降。人员成本的增长幅度远远小于国家GDP上涨的幅度,一些外资公司已转移至东南亚劳动力成本较低的等国家,且由于制造业实体经济的不景气,导致工业口终端价格没有上涨空间,企业对物流费用尤其看重,导致物流企业在各项成本大幅上升的时候,物流收入不升反降,勉强苦苦支撑。另外,在当今人员费用高涨的情况下,简单减少人员费用断不可取,可以从开源节流两部分来考虑。
This case profoundly reflects the dilemma of logistics companies in recent years: serious service homogenization, large increase in cost, and rising or falling income. The growth rate of personnel costs is far less than the rate of national GDP growth. Some foreign-funded companies have shifted to countries with lower labor costs in Southeast Asia. Due to the sluggish economy of manufacturing industry, terminal prices of industrial ports have no room for growth. In particular, the value of logistics costs, resulting in a substantial increase in the cost of logistics enterprises, logistics revenue rose, barely support. In addition, in the current situation of high staff costs, it is not advisable to simply reduce staff costs, which can be considered in terms of two measures.
