目的:建立兔VX2肝移植瘤模型,对其影像学表现进行评价,为下一步联合壁虎活性单体评价治疗效果提供一定的参考。方法:20只兔新西兰大白兔在无菌条件下接种VX2瘤组织块,建立VX2肝移植瘤模型,2周后行超声、3.0T磁共振,评价其影像表现。结果:成瘤率为90%。超声表现为略高回声团块,没有包膜,其内可见强回声。TIWI表现为低信号,T2WI表现为高信号,增强扫描后明显强化,内部有不强化的坏死区。结论:对兔VX2肝移植瘤而言,超声检查筛查肿瘤生长情况,磁共振可以从分子水平上评价药物疗效,为下一步碘油联合壁虎活性单抗评价药效提供一定的依据。“,”Objective:To establish liver transplantation tumor model of rabbits and evaluate the imaging features.Method:VX2 tumor pieces were implanted into the liver of 10 white New Zealand rabbits to establish VX2 Liver transplantation tumor model.18 days after transplantation,ultrasound,3.0T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)were performed to evaluate the ima-ging features.Observe the pathological manifestation after examinations.Results:The successful rate of original neoplasia was 90%.The tumors were demonstrated as a lit le higher echo compa-nied with dark circle and high echo in the internal.The tumors were demonstrated as homogeneously hypointense in T1WI ,lightly hyperintense in T2WI and hyperintense in DWI.The tumors were demonstrated as the enhanced edge ,non enhancement zone clear center in DCE-MRI.MRI can evaluate the changes of the tumors from monecular.Lay a solid foundation of Intervention-al therapy combining with gecko active monomer for the next step.
