目的了解南京市某铁矿开采企业采矿区在采矿作业过程中存在的各种职业病危害因素,调查采矿区通风系统设置状况,通风效率,从而分析该通风系统防护效果。方法采用现场职业卫生调查法、职业病危害因素检测,通过卫生工程检测,分析通风系统控制效果。结果该铁矿企业采矿区主要采用全面通风的方式,通风系统为多级机站通风系统,总体呈现“南北进风,东西回风”的格局,经检测,采区风速大于0.25 m/s,符合要求,有效风量率为71.19%≥60%,满足要求。各岗位空气中化学性职业病危害因素浓度均符合职业卫生相关要求。结论该铁矿开采企业通风系统的风速、有效风量率均符合要求,各岗位空气中化学性职业病危害因素浓度均符合要求,该企业设置的全面通风系统能有效降低采矿区作业场所空气中尘毒物质的浓度。
Objective To understand the various occupational hazards that exist in the mining area of an iron ore mining enterprise in Nanjing and to investigate the ventilation system setting and ventilation efficiency in the mining area so as to analyze the protection effect of the ventilation system. Methods The method of field occupational health survey and occupational disease hazard were used to detect and analyze the control effect of ventilation system through sanitary engineering. Results The mining area of the iron ore mine mainly adopted a fully-ventilated method. The ventilation system was a multi-station station ventilation system with a pattern of “north-south inlet air and east-west return air”. After testing, the wind speed in the mining area was more than 0.25 m / s, in line with the requirements, the effective air volume rate of 71.19% ≥ 60%, to meet the requirements. The occupational airborne chemical occupational hazards concentration in line with occupational health-related requirements. Conclusion The wind speed and effective air volume rate of the ventilation system of the iron ore mining enterprises all meet the requirements. The concentration of chemical occupational hazards in all positions meets the requirements. The comprehensive ventilation system set up by the enterprise can effectively reduce dust and poison in the workplace of the mining area Substance concentration.
