被工具、机器所致的创伤患者,其损伤部位多沾有油污,传统方法清创缝合时,用过氧化氢液、生理盐水不易清洗干净,缝合后伤口容易感染,愈合时间延长,给患者增加痛苦。为此,我科2005年1月开始采用洗洁精苯扎溴铵溶液对有油污的外伤伤口及皮肤进行清创,收到较好的效果,现介绍如下。1 Trauma patients caused by the tool, the machine more than stained with oil stains, debridement and suturing the traditional method, the use of hydrogen peroxide solution, saline is not easy to clean, easy to wound infection after suture, the healing time is extended to patients increased pain.
