建立社会主义市场经济体制是我国经济体制改革的目标。现代企业制度是社会主义市场经济体制不可分割的组成部分,是我国国有企业改革的目标。然而,在社会主义和市场经济能不能相互结合的问题上,人们至今仍有不同的认识;对如何建立现代企业制度,也有不同的思路。基于此,本文主要阐述三个问题:一是社会主义和市场经济能不能结合;二是现代企业制度为什么成为企业改革的目标;三是怎样建立现代企业制度。 一、社会主义和市场经济能不能结合 社会主义市场经济,是指社会主义经济制度的基本性质是社会主义的,而它的运行机制或者说资源配置方式是市场经济的。社会主义只有和市场经济结合起来,统一起来,才能有社会主义市场经济。这就要求必须从理论上阐明社会主义能够和市场经济相结合。
Establishing a socialist market economic system is the goal of China’s economic restructuring. The modern enterprise system is an integral part of the socialist market economic system and is the goal of China’s state-owned enterprise reform. However, on the issue of whether socialism and market economy can combine with each other, people still have different understandings. There are also different ideas on how to establish a modern enterprise system. Based on this, this article mainly elaborates three questions: First, the combination of socialism and market economy can not be; Second, why modern enterprise system becomes the goal of enterprise reform; Third, how to establish a modern enterprise system. I. Can socialism and market economy combine with the socialist market economy? It means that the basic nature of the socialist economic system is socialism, and its operating mechanism or resource allocation is market economy. Only when socialism is combined with the market economy and unified, can we have a socialist market economy. This requires that we must theoretically clarify that socialism can be combined with a market economy.
