在物联网迅速发展过程中,需要完成各种信号的汇聚、接入传输并形成全国性的物联网。物联网涉及海量的数据集合和泛在的网络要求,即要求在空间上无所不在、时间上随时随地。传感网所承载的业务状态多数是近距离通信,而通信网特别是光纤通信网络能承载更高的带宽,适合长距离传输,非常适宜物联网应用的拓展;在物联网感知层的应用中,光纤传感器与传统传感器相比还具有许多优点。从物联网需求层次出发,探讨了光通信技术在物联网发展中的应用机遇。
In the rapid development of the Internet of things, we need to complete the convergence of various signals, access transmission and the formation of a nationwide Internet of Things. The Internet of Things involves massive data sets and ubiquitous network requirements that require space everywhere and anywhere anytime. Most of the business state carried by the sensor network is close-range communication, while the communication network, especially the optical fiber communication network, can carry higher bandwidth and is suitable for long-distance transmission, which is very suitable for the expansion of the Internet of Things applications. In the application of the Internet of Things perception layer , Fiber optic sensors also have many advantages over traditional sensors. Based on the demand level of IoT, this paper discusses the application opportunities of optical communication technology in the development of Internet of Things.
