2006年国有资产监管法制工作紧紧围绕国资委的中心工作,以提高国资委依法履行职责的能力和企业依法经营管理的能力为目标,以加强国有资产监管法规体系建设和企业法律风险防范机制建设为重点,在国有资产监管立法工作、企业法律顾问制度指导工作、国资委系统法制宣传教育工作、企业知识产权管理研究工作、地方国资委法制建设指导工作等方面,做了一些开拓性的工作.取得了积极进展和成效,为进一步完善国有资产管理体制和推进国有企业改革与发展,创造了更厚实的法制基础和保障。
The state-owned assets supervision and administration legal system work closely around the central work of the SASAC in 2006 with the objective of enhancing the ability of SASAC to perform its duties according to law and the ability of enterprises to conduct business according to law so as to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations of state-owned assets supervision and prevention system of corporate legal risk As the key point, made some pioneering work in legislation and supervision of state-owned assets, guidance of corporate legal consultant system, publicity and education of system legal system of SASAC, research on management of intellectual property of enterprises, and guidance of legal system construction of local SASAC. Positive progress and effectiveness have been achieved, creating a more solid legal foundation and guarantee for further improving the state-owned assets management system and promoting the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.
