深圳,原只是个毫不起眼的边陲小镇,旅游资源相当匮乏。然而,创办特区后的短短十几年间,一跃成了蜚声海内外的“旅游之窗”。深圳旅游业的迅速崛起,除了占尽改革开放的天时、毗邻港澳的地利以外,其中一条重要的经验是:避开自然资源贫乏的弱点,闯出一条靠坚持“三精心”、“五原则”来开发高品位、高效益人造景观的新路子。为了便于对问题的阐述,本文着重以华侨城开发人造景观为例谈些感受。
