前列腺转移瘤主要转移至骨骼系统,脑转移较为罕见。本文报告11例前列腺瘤所致颅神经障碍。11例患者颅神经障碍均发生于前列腺癌的晚期。从诊断前列腺癌至发现颅神经症状的平均时间为6个月。一旦发生颅神经障碍,平均生存率仅5个月。颅神经障碍主要为单侧性,有9例经CT、X线检查证实转移瘤的部位,病变主要分布在颅底。全部患者接受了全头颅或颅底部的放疗和大剂量的强的松或地塞米松化疗。其中8例颅冲经症状明显好转,1例疗效短暂,1例无效,1例死于其它疾病。
Prostate metastases mainly transferred to the skeletal system, brain metastasis is relatively rare. This article reports 11 cases of cranial nerve disorder caused by prostate cancer. Eleven patients with cranial nerve disorder occurred in the late stage of prostate cancer. The average time from diagnosis of prostate cancer to the discovery of cranial nerve symptoms was 6 months. In the event of cranial nerve disorder, the average survival rate of only 5 months. Cranial nerve disorder is mainly unilateral, 9 cases confirmed by CT, X-ray examination of metastases site, the lesions mainly in the skull base. All patients underwent whole-head or skull radiotherapy and high-dose prednisone or dexamethasone chemotherapy. Among them, 8 cases had obvious symptoms of craniocerebral puncture, one was short-term curative effect, one was ineffective and 1 died of other diseases.
